This was a day to catch up on paperwork, boat work and provisioning. I intended to sand bright work and varnish but as soon as I started the sander a marina employee nicely told me that was not allowed as outlined in the fine print of the mooring agreement. Oooppps! I hand sanded and used the scrapper in some spots and was able to make it ready for varnish. Unfortunately I was able to do only the front portion of the starboard side so there is still much to do. I may have to sand while at anchor using the generator. I was able to clean and oil the cockpit floor once again.
We joined with Jim and JoAnn to take the loaner car into town for some provisioning and dinner. Then back to the boat to work on paperwork and bed.
