January 13/15, 2016 – Wednesday/Friday – Sanibel Marina – No Travel

The next few days were spent relaxing and enjoying the company of Jim and Natalie. We visited the Edison/Ford Museum, went shopping, toured the Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve, visited the National Shell Museum and ate at the Bonefish Grill, Lighthouse Café and the Island Cow.

One of the many inventions of Thomas Edison.  He filed one or more patents for 65 consecutive years!

We did laundry, wrote in logs/blogs and endured pouring rain and thunderstorms as well as winds that generated a tornado just across the bay in Fort Myers. We enjoyed our stay on Sanibel Island and were sad to depart and leave JimNat.
